Branch Manager
Role Overview
Lead the branch with purpose and excellence, overseeing daily operations while driving performance, nurturing your team, and upholding the standards of a premium women’s wellness centre.
Guide both team and clients towards meaningful results — ensuring a seamless experience built on trust, professionalism, and long-term relationships.
We Seek
• Minimum 3–5 years of leadership experience in the beauty and wellness industry
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire, motivate and guide a team
• A client-first mindset with a focus on service excellence and relationship building
• Proven ability to drive performance and achieve sales targets with integrity
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Mandarin preferred)
• Highly organised, disciplined and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
